OPERATION:
10 seconds to add your events to your digital calendar

1. Download the app

From the App Store, Google Play, etc.

2. Validate your calendar
Scan the barcode located on the back of your paper planner.

3. Choose the month
 

4. Scan the box of your choice

 

5. Validate information

 

At this stage, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the green rectangle to access the available actions.

  1.   Modify (if there is an error or to make an addition)
  2.  Save (to add the event to your phone's calendar)
  3.  Share

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my event not scanning?

It may be due to several factors: insufficient lighting, illegible handwriting, or if your text exceeds the box boundaries. Ensure that the lighting is optimal and that the writing remains within the designated area to guarantee a successful scan.

Why are two events being created when I only wrote one?

Two events can be generated if the lines are spaced too far apart or if a sticker is placed next to your event. A sticker is automatically interpreted as a separate event, which can lead to the creation of two events instead of one. Make sure to organize your elements well to avoid this issue.

Why can't I share my event via iMessage, Messenger, etc.?

Each phone offers its own sharing options, which means we cannot guarantee compatibility across all devices. For a more reliable sharing experience, we recommend using email.

Why can't I download the application?

The application is not compatible with foldable phones.

Why won't my application open?

If the application does not open, try restarting your device. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact our technical team at the following address: info@pomango.ca. We will be happy to help you resolve this issue quickly.

How do I save an event to my own Outlook calendar?

To save your event to your preferred Outlook account, simply:

1. Select the “Share all” button

2. Choose the Outlook icon

3. Send the email to your preferred Outlook account

4. Open the email

5. Click on “Event.ics”

6. Select “+ Add to calendar”

    The app does not collect personally identifiable information. We never request, record, or store data such as name, email, location, or other information that could identify an individual.

    We may automatically collect certain anonymous data to analyze performance, such as:
    • Application event logs.
    • In exceptional cases, scanned images may be stored temporarily only if our processing API generates an error. These files are used exclusively to diagnose and fix the issue and are deleted once resolved.
      This data does not allow us to identify the user or track their individual activity.
  3. Data sharing
    We do not share data with third parties. All information is used solely internally for the maintenance, improvement, and reliability of the application.
     
  4. Data storage and security
    Any diagnostic data is anonymized and handled in accordance with information security best practices. No personal information is stored in our systems.

Target audience
