A nicely illustrated album which counts from 0 to 10 and which teaches the child to order his mind, to tidy up (the row of screwdrivers arranged from smallest to largest).
It allows children (even if they know how to count) to recognize the numbers in an inductive and playful way, to count in a very tender universe.
The story is great, childish, full of imagination drawn from the walks of childhood. The designs are superb. We find the numbers in figures and letters. A nod toAlice in Wonderland is obvious and makes us dream. Balthazar and Pepin will catch zero rabbits, they won't fall into a hole but one thing is for sure, their dreams will be filled with a hundred rabbits.
