Privacy Policy - Application Family Calendar

Last updated: April 24, 2025

At Pomango, we care deeply about the privacy and security of our users. The Family Planner app was developed in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including Québec’s Law 25 and Canada’s PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

  1. No collection of personal data
The Family Planner app does not collect any personally identifiable information. We never request, record, or store data such as name, email, location, or any other information that could identify an individual.

  2. Use of data for analytics
We may automatically collect certain anonymous data for performance analytics, such as:
    • Application event logs.
    • In rare cases, scan images may be stored temporarily only if our processing API encounters an error. These files are used solely to diagnose and fix the issue, then deleted once resolved.
None of this data can be used to identify a user or track individual activity.
  3. Data sharing
We do not share any data with third parties. All information is used internally to maintain, improve, and ensure the reliability of the app.

  4. Data storage and security
Any diagnostic data is anonymized and handled according to information‑security best practices. No personal information is stored in our systems.

  5. User rights
Because we do not collect personal data, users do not need to request access to—or correction of—such information. If you have privacy‑related questions, please contact us.
