Ages 5 to 7: a major milestone full of discoveries
From 5 to 7 years old, it's a pivotal period in a child's life. Why? Because it's the start of school: a stage filled with new experiences, challenges, and great achievements! The best toys for 5- to 7-year-olds are those that support this transition while maintaining one essential thing: the joy of learning and playing .
Routine and autonomy: the major lessons of everyday life
School also means routine! Children discover a more structured environment than daycare and gradually learn to be more independent. Certain games can help them better understand the passage of time (hours, days, seasons) and follow multi-step sequences , which greatly facilitates adaptation to this new reality.
