There can be several reasons why a promotional code does not work. Here are some things to check:

Has the coupon date expired Most promotions are valid for a limited time. The promotion may have already ended;;

Unfortunately, all digital (download) products are non-refundable as the file(s) are automatically sent to your computer.

It is essential to download your digital products to your computer or smart phone upon purchase.

If you have not downloaded your digital products within 4 months of purchase, we will not resend the downloads to you. We accept no responsibility if you have not claimed your downloads within this time.

Usually, orders are processed within 24 hours, not including weekends.

Certain times of the year are busier and delays come from the carrier. Any indication of delivery time is approximate and is not guaranteed by Pomango.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, if the item you bought last week is now on sale, the law does not require the merchant to give you the discount. However, some merchants agree to compensate their customers. »

Pomango will offer within 7 days of purchase a gift certificate if the product purchased on pomango.ca only is now on discount. The value of the gift certificate will be the difference between the price at the regular price and the discounted price of the product.

We do not control the discounts and refunds from our resellers. In such a situation, please contact them directly.

Can I come directly to the warehouse to visit/shop?
