Cancellation of an order
We do not accept cancellations of orders that are compliant.
If you believe you have made an error when placing an order, we invite you to let us know AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE following confirmation of the order by sending us a message at the following address: email@example.com . Please also include a small explanation of the error that was made.
Modification of an order
If for any reason you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the desired changes ASAP. Please also provide us with your order number.
In the event that you received a defective or damaged product in your order, we will exchange, refund or give a purchase credit. You have up to 48 hours following receipt of your order to inform us of the damaged or defective product. Please contact us at the following address: email@example.com to notify us. Please provide us with all of the following information:
- The order number;
- The product number and name as they appear on your invoice;
- The detailed description of the problem, with photos if necessary.
If the product (s) purchased on Pomango.ca do not suit you, we offer two ways to return them to us. You can bring them in person to our office or send them to us. A refund or credit note will be issued after receipt and verification of the product according to the following conditions :
- The product must not be opened and its packaging must be intact;
- Return shipping must be paid for by the sender;
- A credit note or refund will be issued for returns made between 1 and 30 days from the delivery date.
