Selling price

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes and delivery charges. Pomango may modify the prices of its products offered on its Website at any time and without notice. The prices of products offered on the Website may not equal the prices offered at independent merchants advertised on the Website. Provincial and federal sales taxes are in addition to the sale price.

The sale of a product that you wish to order through Pomango.ca will not take effect until you have completed the ordering process (as explained below) and completed the payment of the sale price according to the terms.

1.   Create shopping cart

You can add a product to your shopping cart by clicking on the"Add to my cart"button when you are on the product page.

You can access your basket at any time by clicking on"My basket"in the upper banner and modify your basket by adding or removing products or by adjusting the quantity of a particular product. The transaction process will start when you click on"PLACE ORDER".

2.   Your order

You can check your order at any time before proceeding to payment simply by accessing your shopping cart. You will also be able to make changes to your order throughout the process. An order confirmation and an invoice will be sent to the email address you provided in the required information.

3.   Product unavailable

When a product is not available, it will be indicated   Exhausted . You can leave us your email address to receive an email when the product is available again. You just need to check the box   Notify me when this product will be available again.

 

4.   payment methods

Payment for an order is made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or by the PayPal payment service. 5.   Delivery

Delivery is free for all orders of $ 75 or more before taxes * (applicable in Quebec and Ontario, with the exception of remote regions in northern Quebec).

A fixed fee of $ 10 is applicable for the delivery of an order of less than $ 75 before taxes *.

Delivery charges will be added at the time of processing your order. You will be able to revise the total price of the order including taxes and delivery charges before confirming your purchase.

Address and delivery time

Pomango will deliver the ordered products to the address you provided when ordering. Any indication as to the delivery time is approximate, and this time is not guaranteed by Pomango. Any defect in the delivery will not entail the responsibility of Pomango in relation to any prejudice or damage, direct or indirect, that you may suffer. No delivery will be made to a box or post office box. Delivery is limited to the territory of Canada. All other orders outside of Canada will be processed on a case-by-case basis, directly with the customer.

If you do not want to pay shipping costs, you can pick up your purchase at our offices in Sherbrooke by selecting the"Pick up at our warehouse"option when completing your order. will be billed. Order damaged or lost

The products you buy on the Pomango.ca site are delivered to you by a third party, which is entirely independent of Pomango. Although Pomango strives to entrust its delivery service to quality third parties, it may happen that loss or damage during delivery occurs. In the event that your package is lost or damaged during delivery and your products are damaged, Pomango undertakes to follow up with the third party to remedy the situation and guarantee a suitable arrangement for all.

Unsuccessful delivery

In the event that the third party is unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to us. If, after attempting to contact you to make delivery arrangements, we are unable to properly deliver, we will cancel your order and issue a refund for your order, less delivery charges.
