What is self-esteem?
Self-esteem is the way we see ourselves and the appreciation we make of our own worth or importance. It's understanding that we have value, even if everything we do isn't perfect.
This activity will allow your child to work on their self-esteem by answering a few questions like "What makes me unique is...".
