Frequently asked questions

Why isn’t my event scanning properly?

Several factors might affect scanning: low lighting, illegible handwriting, or text that goes beyond the designated box. Make sure your handwriting stays within the lines and the lighting is optimal for the best results.

Why are two events created when I only wrote one?

This can happen if your lines are spaced too far apart or if a sticker is placed next to your event. Stickers are automatically detected as separate events.

To avoid this, try to keep things neatly organized within each box..

Why can't I share my event via iMessage, Messenger, etc.?

Each phone offers its own unique sharing options, which means we can’t guarantee compatibility across all devices. For the most reliable sharing experience, we recommend using email.

Why won’t the app open?

If the app won’t open, try restarting your device. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to our tech team at: info@pomango.ca

We’ll be happy to help you get things back on track quickly.

How do I save an event to my own Outlook calendar?

To save your event to the Outlook account of your choice, simply:

  1. Select the “Share All” button
  2. Choose the Outlook icon
  3. Send the email to your preferred Outlook account
  4. Open the email
  5. Click on “Event.ics”
