10 seconds to add your events to your digital calendar

1. Download the application

On the App Store, Google Play, etc.

2. Validate the planner

Scan the barcode located on the back of your paper planner.

3. Choose the month

4. Scan the box of your choice

5. Validate the information

At this stage, click on the three small dots in the top right corner of the green rectangle to access the possible actions.

  1. Edit (if there is an error or to make an addition)
  2. Save (to add the event to your device's calendar)
  3. Share

6. Share or save the event

You can easily save OR share all captured events with a single click.

Why isn't my event scanning?

This can be due to several factors: insufficient lighting , illegible handwriting , or if your text extends beyond the scan area . Ensure optimal lighting and that the text remains within the designated area to guarantee a successful scan.

If an error message appears during the scan, don't panic: wait a few minutes, then try again.

Why are two events being created when I only wrote one?

Two events can be generated if the lines are too far apart or if a sticker is placed next to your event. A sticker is automatically interpreted as a separate event, which can result in the creation of two events instead of one.

Make sure you organize your items properly to avoid this problem.

Why can't I share my event on iMessage, Messenger, etc.?

Each phone offers its own unique sharing options. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all features will be compatible with your device . For successful sharing at all times, we recommend using email .

Why can't I download the app?

The app is not compatible with foldable phones.

Why won't my app open?

If the app doesn't open, try restarting your device . If the problem persists, please contact our technical support team at info@pomango.ca . We'll be happy to help you resolve this issue quickly.

How do I save an event in my own Outlook?

To save your event to the Outlook account of your choice, simply:

  1. Select the "Share all" button
  2. Choose the Outlook icon
  3. Send the email to the desired Outlook account
  4. Open the email
  5. Click on "Event.ics"
  6. Select “+ Add to calendar”

  • Application event logs ;
  • In certain specific cases, scan images may be temporarily saved only if our processing system (API) encounters an error. This data is used exclusively to identify and resolve the technical issue. Once the problem is resolved, the data is deleted.

This data does not allow for the identification of a user or the tracing of their individual activity.

3. Data sharing

No data is shared with third parties. Data use is limited exclusively to internal purposes for the maintenance, improvement, and reliability of the application.

All data used for diagnostic purposes is anonymized and processed according to best practices in information security. No personal data is stored in our systems.
