At Pomango , we are committed to the privacy and security of our users. The Family Planner app was designed in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including Quebec's Bill 25 and Canada's PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
1. No collection of personal information
We do not collect any personally identifiable information from our users in the Family Planner app. No data such as name, email, location, or any other information that could identify an individual is requested, recorded, or stored.
2. Use of data for analytical purposes
Certain anonymous data may be collected automatically for performance analysis purposes, such as:
- Application event logs ;
- In certain specific cases, scan images may be temporarily saved only if our processing system (API) encounters an error. This data is used exclusively to identify and resolve the technical issue. Once the problem is resolved, the data is deleted.
This data does not allow for the identification of a user or the tracing of their individual activity.
3. Data sharing
No data is shared with third parties. Data use is limited exclusively to internal purposes for the maintenance, improvement, and reliability of the application.

All data used for diagnostic purposes is anonymized and processed according to best practices in information security. No personal data is stored in our systems.

7. Target audience
The Family Planner app is designed for use by adults, especially parents . It is not intended for children or minors . If a child or minor uses the app, we consider it to be supervised by a parent or responsible adult, and that person assumes responsibility for that use.
