How do we understand the world around us? In Montessori pedagogy, taking astronomy into account is part of this understanding of the world. With this box on astronomy, the child discovers at his own pace the stars, the constellations, the asteroids, the meteors or the galaxies that populate the sky. By following the booklet, the parent or accompanying person can explain to the child what astronomy is and introduce him to all the elements that make up the sky. If the child already knows how to read, he can also develop independently.
